Cash flow ➔ Reports ➔ Statement duplicates
The statement duplicates report displays an overview of cash flow transactions (statements) grouped by own bank account number, statement/deposit number, statement/deposit date, and file name (when imported).
You can filter the duplicate statements that you want to display. To search for duplicate statements, you can define one or more of the following criteria and click Refresh. The duplicate statements that match the search criteria you have entered are then displayed.
Type or select a date or date range of the duplicate statements you want displayed. Alternatively, select All for all dates. This field changes between Statement date and Deposit date depending on your selection at Type.
Type or select the bank account number of the duplicate statements you want displayed. For more information, see Selecting cash instruments.
Select the bank account type. You can choose All, Bank, Cash, Credit card or Cash register.
Select the type of duplicate statements you want displayed. You can choose to display statements for Bank statement, Cash, Cheque, Cheque book, Credit card, Letter of credit, Office, or Post dated cheque.
Type the statement/deposit number you want displayed. This field changes between Statement number and Deposit number depending on your selection at Type.
Click this to display the search results according to the defined criteria.
Click this to view the statement lines. Information such as the change, total amount in, total amount out, and others will be displayed.
Click this to delete the duplicate statement. The message "Statements: Delete the data selected?" will be displayed. Click Yes to delete or No to exit.
Click this to exit.
